What was the issue? How did you solve it? Might be helpful for others who experience to same problem…

Thanks!

Hi All,

I’m trying to calibrate some new switching boards and the software doesn’t seem to want to let me!

After I connect everything up and fire up the testing wizard, I click through the wizard and when I get to the section where the measurements are actually being done, nothing seems to happen! it just says “Reading Measurements (this may take a few minutes)” and nothing else happens.

I have Double checked all my connections and the firmware and they are all up to date. I am using the latest release of MicroDrop, and version 2.1.1 of the hardware.

I will attach images of the wizard and the cmd window.

It sounds very foolish but I had simply connected up the system incorrectly.

Ryan, would you be able to take a look at the other topic I just posted regarding strange calibration readings?

Thanks.

Christian just sent a reply to your other thread, but I agree that it’s probably just that your control board needs to be calibrated (all 3 switching boards show the same result).

You can always manually check a few of the switching board outputs for those channels >15 using an oscilloscope to make sure they are working.
