Hi guys
I recently got the feedback of Gold phoenix about assembly of PCB
They had two problems and I don’t know how to deal with that either.
So I need help
Thanks very much!

On the BOM, J16 is populated with SSQ-103-23-F-D. Is this part to be soldered onto the bottom side of the PCB as shown in the photo attached?

On the " 40-channel HV switching board" -BOM, J1 is populated with 15-24-4441 which needs to be soldered onto the top side of the PCB.
P1 is populated with S1111EC-06-ND which needs to be soldered onto the bottom side of the PCB.
If these two parts are soldered onto the PCB at the same time, the two plastic positioning pins of 15-24-4441 would cause the part S1111EC-06-ND to be unable to sit flush with the PCB just as shown in the photo attached.
